Transperformance XXIII: Beyond Bob

Transperformance XXIII -- Beyond Bob:Hamp’s Annual End of Summer Music Festival

Tuesday, August 27, 2013 • 4:00-9:30 PM Pines Theater, Look Park

It’s time to celebrate our community and the arts with Transperformance, featuring “Beyond Bob,” at THE end-of-summer bash!  Bob Marley, Bob Dylan, Bobby Darin, and Roberta Flack will be just a few of the Bobs who will be covered by local musicians this summer in Northampton.  It was 23 years ago that the Northampton Arts Council created the first Transperformance, Woodstock: The Performance Peace.  It’s a tradition that we hope will continue for many years to come. This year will be the last year with Bob Cilman at the helm. His retirement from the Arts Council begins two weeks after the show.
