The Northampton Arts Council is a city board and a non-profit organization whose goal is to support and promote the arts in Northampton. Originally created as a Local Arts Lottery Council, it began its work by administering a grants program in which proceeds from a state lottery are distributed to local artists, arts groups, and public schools.

Are you disappointed with your digital images? Approach photography in a more exciting way by learning to better your images. We will discuss mechanics, strengths, and limitations of cameras. Techniques to overcome these challenges will be taught along with hands-on demonstrations both indoors and outside.  Learn to use intuitive composition and exposure. Weekly reviews of submitted images will be critiqued for vision and passion.
