Dwellings Arts To Release a Limited Edition Print Created in Collaboration By Local Poet Mishie Serrano and Local Artist Nicco Palazzi.

Dwellings Arts ends their first year as a non-profit by funding a collaborative limited edition print by local poet Mishie Serrano and local artist Nicco Palazzi. The print will be released just in time for the holidays on Friday, December 13, 2019. You can pre-order yours today.

Dwellings is an organization that celebrates interdisciplinary artwork and performances with a focus on community engagement and growth, founded with values of ethics and equal representation at the forefront. Their goal is to create greater equity of opportunities and access to resources and community support for artists from underrepresented groups. They also believe that raising awareness around issues that affect artists, such as union representation, fair pay, ethical artist/venue relationships, and safe venue practices will make our local art and music scene a safer and more supportive space for all artists and arts appreciators.

This limited edition 8.5”x11” print will feature an original poem by Mishie Serrano, with original artwork by Nicco Palazzi. Both artists were a part of the first annual Dwellings Arts Festival on October 12, 2019 at the Northampton Center For the Arts. This collaboration presents a unique combination of perspectives that is a clear expression of the power artists hold when they work together. This print will be available on December 13th, and only 60 copies will be made.
