Bob Cilman –  (Executive Director) of the Northampton Arts Council where he presents a broad range of arts events at the historic Academy of Music Theatre. Cilman is also the director of The Young@Heart Chorus. He was born and raised in Rochester, New York. He received a BA from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst in American History.

Brian Foote -  (Arts Administrator) has worked in sales, banking, business development, marketing, event production, and management.  He received a B.A double-majoring in Political Studies and Latin America-Iberian Studies at Bard College.  He went on to receive an M.A. from University of Massachusetts-Amherst in Political Science.  Besides his duties as Administrator, Brian runs a retail apparel and footwear store in downtown Northampton called UNITE.
