The Northampton Arts Council works to support and nurture the arts in the city of Northampton. The Council awards grants twice each year to artists and arts groups from both state and locally-raised funds, and seeks to improve public awareness of the arts. Its' goals include maintaining and preserving the rich and diverse cultural heritage of Northampton, programming such annual events of interest to the community as First Night Northampton and Transperformance.

Scout Cuomo Summer Arts Classes

Sign up for SUMMER CLASSES!

Join me in my studio to make your own layered painting on glass. I will instruct you in painting on glass and teaching you how to work with resin. Classes will be held over two 3hr sessions. Each class is limited to 5 participants each so you get attention and space to work. We will meet and discuss mapping your painting, start painting all the while talking about the creative process while having some fun! You don't have to have a ton of experience making art to come learn. Come with your inspirations and a willingness to be open to your inner creative.

You will walk away with a painting of your very own 8"x8" glass painting in a steel frame made by Katie Richardson of Blue Barn Studio and some new approaches to painting and the creative process. Click the button below to see class dates and times.
