The Northampton Arts Council works to support and nurture the arts in the city of Northampton. The Council awards grants twice each year to artists and arts groups from both state and locally-raised funds, and seeks to improve public awareness of the arts. Its' goals include maintaining and preserving the rich and diverse cultural heritage of Northampton, programming such annual events of interest to the community as First Night Northampton and Transperformance.

Mal Devisa is a project started by Who'da Funk it's Deja Carr. With driving bass melodies, hypnotizing harmonies and a variety of genres, Carr conjures up a live show one would have to see in order to truly hear.

About Topsy:
Topsy is Hannah Mohan, the lead singer, songwriter and guitarist for local hero indie-rock trio And The Kids. Topsy sings soft songs for the hard heart.

And The Kid's second album "Friends Share Lovers" was released in 2016 to critical acclaim. The band has also been featured on NPR Music Tiny Desk Concerts and Stereogum.
