Lilly Library Mural Installation!

Lilly Library will soon be installing a massive 20x20 foot mural in our main stairwell. The image comes from 2014 aerial photography from the Northampton DPW.  The concept is for an accessible visual archive and should last many decades. It's a huge snapshot of about a square mile in the center of Florence. It's a very exciting project.  Sponsors include Florence Savings Bank, the Northampton Arts Council and the Friends of Lilly Library. We hope you can come by and see it when it's installed on Monday May 6th at 6 PM.
