With PVPA's leadership's decision to cancel upcoming performances, The Groovy Truth will not present at CLICK for Arts Night Out this Friday, March 13th.
The Groovy Truth Jazz Ensemble is one of the Pioneer Valley Performing Arts Public Charter School's premiere high school ensembles. Mixing virtuosic jazz vocals with high powered instrumental arrangements, The Groovy Truth, under the direction of Frank Newton, delivers highly stylized music from the classic to modern jazz lexicon.
Made up of students from 9th to 12th grades, The Groovy Truth has delivered highly professional performances all throughout the Pioneer Valley, performing music with the innovation, emotion, and artistry embodied by the jazz masters of yesterday and today.
