On Sunday, March 12th the Northampton Arts Council welcomes you back to The Silver Chord Bowl. In its 39th year, the Silver Chord Bowl is the oldest and most respected collegiate a cappella showcase in the region. The Silver Chord Bowl has worked to highlight the unique styling of a cappella, and has been a staple of the Four Sundays series for years. The Academy of Music Theatre in Downtown Northampton will host this year’s event for the second year in a row. This year’s event will feature Berklee Upper Structure, MIT Ohms, UMass Dynamics, Tufts’ sQ!, The Vassar Devils and The Bates College Crosstones. These a cappella groups bring their A-Game to showcase new musical talent at the collegiate level every year. Northampton High School’s Northamptones open the show.

This event is participating in the Card to Culture Program! They will offer 10 seats at a discounted price of $10 to patrons with a valid EBT, WIC, or ConnectorCare card. Please visit or call the box office Tuesday through Friday between 3:00pm and 6:00pm to purchase these tickets. Limit 4 tickets per cardholder per show.
