The Northampton Division of Community Care and the Center for Program Evaluation at UMass Amherst are excited to invite you to participate in an anonymous survey aimed at understanding the community’s perspectives regarding the utilization of 911 or other emergency response services.

By participating, individuals that either live, work, or receive services in Northampton will contribute to the development of the Division of Community Care program, ensuring their work best aligns with the needs and expectations of our community.

To gain a comprehensive and diverse representation of views, we kindly request your assistance by sharing this survey with your networks. The more individuals who participate, the richer our understanding of the community’s perspectives will be. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete, and all responses will be anonymous and confidential.
