Online Tickets Now On Sale for the 42nd Annual Silver Chord Bowl!
The Northampton Arts Council, in partnership with Smith College, is thrilled to announce that online tickets are now available for the 42nd Annual Silver Chord Bowl, Western Massachusetts’ premier collegiate a cappella showcase.
This year’s event takes place on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at 2:00 PM (doors at 1:30 PM) in the iconic John M. Greene Hall on the Smith College campus. The Silver Chord Bowl is the region’s oldest and most celebrated a cappella tradition, bringing together powerful vocal ensembles and an audience that packs the house year after year.
The 2026 lineup opens with Northampton High School’s Northamptones, followed by The Vibes from Smith College, Cadence of Yale, and four additional collegiate groups from across the Northeast (to be announced soon). The afternoon will be hosted by Steve Sanderson of the Northampton Arts Council and WRSI 93.9 The River, with special appearances by Smith College President Sarah Willie-LeBreton and Northampton Mayor Gina-Louise Sciarra.
