Northampton Jazz Festival

The Northampton Jazz Festival will bring 100 musicians to 20 downtown venues in Northampton on Friday, Sept. 26 and Saturday, Sept. 27 for its 14th annual festival.

The Jazz Strut on Friday kicks off the 2-day festival with the Amherst Jazz Orchestra performing at Pulaski Park at 4:30 p.m. The Jazz Strut continues with live jazz ensembles at seven breweries and restaurants throughout downtown Northampton from 5:30 p.m. until midnight.

Thirteen free performances will continue at seven locations on Saturday, Sept. 27 featuring Zaccai Curtis Cubop Lives! -- the 2025 Grammy award-winning band for Best Latin Jazz Album; Karrin Allyson Quartet and organist Mike LeDonne's Groover Trio featuring drummer Joe Farnsworth (South Hadley native) and guitarist Dave Stryker among many, many more! 

The headliner for this year’s festival is New York Voices – The Grand Finale, performing at The Academy of Music on Saturday, Sept. 27 at 7:30 p.m. New York Voices is celebrating over three decades of music-making and the festival is lucky to have them in their final year of performance!
