Painting Exhibition “Root/Signal” by artist Caitlin Hurd

Caitin Hurd’s new solo exhibition will be on view at the NEVA Museum from November 3–30.

The opening reception will be on Friday, November 14, from 5–8 PM.

"Root Signal" grew out of a deep curiosity about how plants communicate—quietly, slowly, and cooperatively—and what we might learn from them. In a time of ecological and social strain, these paintings look toward the intelligence of the natural world as a guide for how we might listen, connect, and care for one another differently.

The show is open to the public.
