Welcome to the Fall 2025 Season! We have over 40 performances, exhibitions, lectures, and workshops happening between now and December. Most are free and the ticketed events are low cost. We are grateful for your interest and invite you to join us for an event soon!

Josten Library Open Mic:  Josten’s  purple carpet, acoustics, and amazing house mics await your song, poem, dance, or scene. Pianist Jerry Noble will be on hand to accompany!

Hillyer Arts Library: Sneak peeks of their new zine collection, plus unboxing mysteries from the locked stacks.

Reworking Contemporary Italian Dance: Repertoire Transmission and Reconstruction from the Eighties to Today

The Smith College Department of Dance welcomes guest speaker Elena Cervellati for a lecture on recent trends in contemporary dance in Italy. Professor Cervellati teaches History of Dance and Dance Theories at the University of Bologna and curates dance performances at Centro La Soffitta.

Neon Moss by Marianna Dixon Williams

A video installation that examines the convergence of personal and environmental transformation through the dual lens of queer identity and the impacts of Hurricane Helene in the Central Savannah River Area.  Exhibit Dates: September 4–October 16 Artist Talk: September 23, 5 PM.

Smith faculty voice instructor Liam Shannon and pianist Lemuel Gurtowsky join together for an afternoon of art song. The program will feature An die ferne Geliebte by Beethoven, and selections by Heggie and Ravel.
