HUT X3- MOVEMENT | POETRY | SOUND
The School for Contemporary Dance & Thought (SCDT) invites audiences into a vivid, interdisciplinary performance experience with HUT X3, part of its long-running HUT series, now in its 15th season.
This year, HUT is created in collaboration with Bennington College, highlighting artists connected to the college’s renowned arts programs. Co-curated by Jennifer Polins, Jake Meginsky, and Catherine Corbett Bresner, the evening brings together three distinct voices working at the edge of movement, language, and sound.
For 15 seasons, HUT has been a cornerstone of experimental performance in Western Massachusetts—a space where disciplines meet, overlap, and challenge one another. Each evening is intentionally simple in structure—three artists, three forms—but expansive in possibility. Audiences are invited to experience work they may not typically encounter, and to witness the unexpected connections that emerge between forms.
