Transformance 35: Immigrant Song

Tuesday, August 19, 2025, from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Pines Theater, Look Park, 300 N Main St, Florence, MA 0106

The Northampton Arts Council has curated a unique and thrilling music odyssey annually at Pines Theater in Look Park for the past 35 years!

LookStock, a music festival that kicked off 35 years ago, is making a grand return this year, now under the guise of Transformance 35: Immigrant Song.

Formerly known as Transperformance, this beloved event invites talented local musicians to step into the shoes of legendary international artists. This year’s theme, Immigrant Song, pays tribute to the journeys of people across the globe—past, present, and future—with performances inspired by global superstars and non-American bands such as Björk, Bob Marley & The Wailers, Kraftwerk, Sinéad O’Connor, Fela Kuti, Daft Punk, and many more.

Transformance is more than just a concert—it’s a vital fundraiser that supports arts enrichment in Northampton Public Schools and local Parent Teacher Organizations (P.T.O.s). It’s a community tradition with purpose, and we need your help to bring it to life.

Prepare to be blown away on Tuesday, August 19th!
